# How to recover your abandoned orders?

|| Customers who order your products do not always finalize their order. This type of order has the status "Pending".

|| In the " Enterprise" plan it is possible for you to recover abandoned checkout so that you can automatically remind your undecided customers to finalise their order.

To do this, simply activate the "Recover abandoned checkout" notification from [Marketing // Emails](https://www.payfacile.com/emails) in "EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS".

Thereafter, at each abandoned order, Payfacile will automatically send a reminder email to the concerned customers, 12 hours after their order to encourage them to finalize it.

| You can also resend manually the reminder email of an abandoned order to the customer from the concerned order form.
