# How to terminate a subscription?

Here's how to terminate your customers' subscriptions on Payfacile:

1. **Go to the order record of the concerned subscription** from [E-commerce // Orders](https://www.payfacile.com/orders).
2. Then **click on the "TERMINATE" button and confirm**.
