Here is the list of the Trigger in Zapier:


  1. New order:
  • New order for any product.
  • New order for a specific product or products.


  1. New payment:
  • New payment for any product.
  • New payment for one or more specific products.


  1. Failed Payment:
  • Failed payment due to invalid payment method.
  • Failed payment due to expired payment method.
  • Failed payment due to insufficient funds.


  1. Termination of a subscription


What are the events / triggers ?


Differences between New Order and New Payment


When a customer place a new order, the following triggers are fired:

  • 'new order'
  • 'new payment'


When a subscription is renewed, the following trigger is fired:

  • 'new payment'.


IMPORTANT : The sale of one-time products (physical products, digital products, or services) always activates the two triggers "new order" and "new payment".


Important information sent with the trigger New Order

  • Date of the order
  • Name of the customer
  • Customer's email address
  • Title of the order
  • Order reference


Important information sent with the trigger New Payment

  • Invoice date
  • Name of the customer
  • Customer's email address
  • Customer's phone number
  • Billing address
  • Delivery address
  • Total amount excluding VAT
  • Total amount including VAT
  • Invoice reference
