What is the size limit of each file?
The limit size of the file that you can upload to our servers is 500MB (on the Enterprise plan).
Here are the maximum authorized file sizes on the different Payfacile plans:
Entrepreneur: 5MB per file
Business: 50MB per file
Company: 500MB per file
If you sell videos and your file exceeds 500MB, we recommend that you reduce the file size by using a service like ClipChamp.
