How to use the shopping cart?
The shopping cart is a feature that allows your customers to order multiple products in a single order.
However, the shopping cart can only be used on the full version of the product pages. The shopping cart is not available on the integrations (standard integration, mini embed and pop up).
To use the shopping cart, your customers have to go on the product pages to order through the shopping cart.
To activate the shopping cart, go to E-commerce // Settings // Options // Shopping cart.
An order through the shopping cart consists in 2 steps:
Add the products to the cart.
Validate the shopping cart and finalize the order.
To add a product to the shopping cart, the customer just has to go to the product page of the product he is interested in and then click on the "Add to cart" button.
A side window will open after adding the product.
This window shows all the products that have been added to the cart. The customer will also be able to change the quantity he wants to order for each of the products, but also remove products from the cart.
To add other products to the cart, the customer just has to go to the other product pages and proceed in the same way.
To validate the shopping cart, the customer just has to click on "Confirm my order".
He will then proceed to the contact informations form, then to the payment and finalize his order.
