The Customer Status


Manage your customers more easily by looking at their status.



Details of the different customer status:


* Prospect:

A prospect has never made a payment. The prospect may have been created:

  • by clicking on the "NEW CLIENT" button in the "Customers" section.
  • by registering on his own from your registration page.
  • by starting an order without ever having finalized it.


* Subscribed:

A "Subscribed" is a customer with at least one subscription order with the status "In progress" or "Suspended".


* Unsubscribed:

A customer is "Unsubscribed" when all his subscriptions are terminated.


* Client:

A customer is "Active" if he has made a payment in the last 60 days and does not have an "In Progress" subscription.


* Idle:

A customer is "Idle" if he has not made any payment or order during the last 60 days and does not have an "In Progress" subscription.


* Deleted:

A customer is "Deleted" if he deletes his account from his private portal.

* Archived:

A customer is "Archived" if you have archived his customer file.
