How to configure your subscriptions suspension rules?

Establish your own subscriptions suspension rules.

By default, the rules for suspending your customers' subscriptions are as follows. Your customer's subscription will be suspended if:

this customer has an unpaid invoice for more than 30 days.

You can define:

the number of days an invoice can remain unpaid before the subscription is suspended.
the total amount a customer may have in arrears before their subscription is suspended.
