How to terminate a subscription?

Here's how to terminate your customers' subscriptions on Payfacile:

Go to the order record of the concerned subscription from E-commerce // Orders.
Then click on the "TERMINATE" button and confirm.

Your customers also have the possibility to terminate their subscription from their customer account.

However, you can choose to hide the "Terminate" button on your customers' private portal so that they cannot cancel their subscription without contacting you.
